We are seeking an experienced and innovative AI Architect to join our talented team.In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing AI-driven solutions that enhance our trading strategies, optimize decision-making processes, and improve overall operational efficiency. Your expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data analytics will play a vital role in the ongoing success of our firm.

1.    Design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions to address complex business and trading challenges.
2.    Collaborate with quantitative researchers, traders, and software engineers to identify opportunities for AI integration and enhancement within our trading systems.
3.    Develop and maintain state-of-the-art machine learning models, utilizing advanced techniques and algorithms to drive predictive analytics and data-driven decision making.
4.    Architect and optimize scalable AI infrastructure, ensuring efficient data processing, model training, and deployment.
5.    Stay current with industry trends, academic research, and emerging technologies in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data analytics.
6.    Evaluate and recommend AI tools, platforms, and frameworks to enhance our AI capabilities and drive innovation.
7.    Communicate complex AI concepts and solutions to key stakeholders, both in writing and through presentations.

1.    Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on artificial intelligence and machine learning.
2.    Minimum of 5years of experience in AI architecture, machine learning, or a related field, preferably within the financial industry.
3.    Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java, and experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
4.    Solid understanding of financial markets, instruments, and trading mechanisms.
5.    Expertise in advanced machine learning techniques, including deep learning, reinforcement learning, and natural language processing.
6.    Experience with big data technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, and distributed computing environments.
7.    Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, along with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
